Cant use my money

i have a $300 limit and my balance is $262 but yet I keep getting denied when I try to use it. I have $38 but for some reason I cant use it?It makes no sense to me. I really really needed the money too. Now I get to try and find the number for customer service. I'm sure this will be fun, not only will it take forever to actually speak with someone, they probably won't be much help either. Where in the world can i get a company that meets or exceeds my expectations. I take that back, Amazon has the best. also why do i have to do 100 words with this review? got me talking about irrelevant stuff

I cannot review my charges. I paid what I had spent a week prior and they still say I owe money plus the monthly charge.

I was so involved in getting a card to rebuild my credit I failed to do my research on this company. In my opinion it is also partly Credit Karma responsibility to have REAL companies advertising their product on their website.

I can see my credit score getting worse, not better thanks to them. Gee thanks.

Hope that helps!

I needed to get in contact me someone and I searched and search and was able to locate this one. I've heard the customer service is not very nice but I would give it a try and see if you can get a hold of someone.

It's ridiculous that you can't contact them without logging in.....I did an application and they didn't send me any type of log in information so I can't even get to them because they don't have a number on their website. I want my rescind this is {{Redacted}}. This seems like a scam

What a *** credit card company. not out to help rebuild your credit.

Bank sent electronic payment on June 28. Which is there online payment method. Payment due date was July 4. Not showing payment and cnarging late fee. Guess you have to make a payment two or three months ahead of due date. Credit Karma is a joke for recommending this card on there website.Would not use Credit Karma or First Progress to help rebuild your credit. Sick that i trusted these people. Don"t even know how to close account and get whats left of my deposit money back.Will have to dispute bad mark on credit report and start over again. Huge disapointment.Hopefully i will be able to get back on track. I will report this to every consumer and government agency that i can.Do not know what more to say but i guess i have to use 100 words in order to finish so again do not fall for this. Scroll down on google and find reviews.Even a company like Credit Karma can screw up.

A couple days after apply for secured card they took money right out of my accout. By using my debit card information I gave to shop.
