Refund my deposit
They charged me $500 for a deposit for a credit card back November. I thought I would be able to use it for Christmas.
Not only did they not approve me for the credit card like they said they would but they have kept my money for longer than 2 months with no explanation. I am still waiting for a refund. I could of done plenty with this $500. I could of invested it inn a stock where I could of had a return on it rather than leaving it in their bank account doing absolutely nothing for me.
Im sure they knew exactly what they were doing.
Why ask customers to invest $500 in a credit card that they guarantee will have miles to them within a month when they have no intention on doing it. Its shameful and this is why America is a *** and a joke because of greedy unthoughtful corporations like first progress
