I was charged more then one time

I was charged 2 separate times for my application. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone unless you select "9" to report your card lost or stolen;and then they can do absolutely nothing to help me.

All of the numbers listed for them is the same exact. And the only way I get a hold of anyone is to fax them. No regular person uses a fax machine. I was told to fax a "funds release form" but wasn't given anyway to obtain said forms.

I just want them to hurry up and decline my application so I can get my money back.

Absolutely great timing to basically lose $200; my kid doesn't need Christmas or anything. This is bs.

Never received card due to it being delivered to wrong address. Wish it was easier to get ahold of a customer service representative

Card was delivered to wrong address So it was sent back to bank I had to get ahold of customer service this proved difficult. You can not just push 0 to speak to representative. Very frustrating

My complaint is that I can't get proper service from you guys can't get on the website and see the status of my application you told me 10 days to receive my card now you telling me 30 days I think that's not right this false advertisement your service is lousy

Getting mail for one of your customers in error.

I tried to talk to someone because I got mail for a customer and I get mail for this customer and I don't want it. I got no response at all and the IVR said the wait time was 30 minutes.

Want to know my balance

Why can't I call customer service number? This has never happened before. I just want to know why I can't call the number 186******** for customer service. Please help with thus issue. Cancelation

Horrible service, no payment options. Only by mail or automatic payment from bank that doesn't have First Progress in their system. If you pay by phone with debit card they charge 10 dollar fee. After you pay, they take the money from your account but don't open your credit back up until 10 business days later.I canceled card and they tell me it will take 10 weeks to get my deposit back.

They said they sent my check in mail and postal service sent back which I dont understand why? I gave first progress my money same day no questions ask by me but it takes me 10 weeks get my check . But over all 4 years experiences with this company I have nothing bad to say .

To cancel my prepaid credit card

When I first signed up for the card my bank account was approved and payment for initial deposit to be spent on this pre-paid card through Credit Karma. I spent my available balance but for some reason the initial fee of $38.99 was not being taken out of my account to be paid for but the initial $500 was.

Now I am being charged late fees, harassed when I call, and I can't get my account paid off because they will not accept a debit card payment and my bank refuses to approve the online pay option because it is not a trusted source. Meanwhile my credit score keeps going lower and when I call to get help I get no support.

This credit card is applied for by mistake

I was trying to apply for a Personal Loan and I dont know what went wrong but all am seeing is information about a new credit card. A $200 credit card cant help me to do nothing so I would like my money that was taken from my account towards a loan.

Some misunderstandings between a loan and a credit card. Please Please Please cancel this stupid card cause it was done by mistake. It was not intentionally done cause theirs no one to guide you online when anything goes wrong.A loan was what I asked for not a candy money. Received a card with the wrong last name. Company admitted it was their error and was sending a new card three months ago. Called on 12/13/2022 to get a very rude supervisor who made threats, would not let us ask questions and demanded us to send her two forms of ID This company not only has shotty and rude customer service representatives The fact that they were asking for ID after verifying who i was and the complaint that we never received the replacement card we were met with "threats" by the rep.
