I used bill pay which is an option from my credit sesame account to make my first payment to First Progress and it was on November 2, 2022. As I made the payment I saw the balance in my account go down so I knew that it was being processed.
Little did I know that they waited over 9 days for the amount to post which was on November 11, 2022. Credit sesame is unwilling to deal with me any further on this so they say that it is the merchant that held up my money so when I call First Progress they are not willing to listen to what has happened and they are blaming my bank for not issuing the funds sooner and they do not want to help me at all. I will dispute this because it is not my fault that the funds didn't reach them until the 11th so my credit score has gone down 82 points and now I owe a late fee. I am completely distraught over this and want an answer as to WHY my money which was taken out the moment I paid the bill and not applied at least within 24 hours to First Progress.
Credit sesame blames First Progress and they blame Credit Sesame . I am disputing both company's.

Preferred solution: My payment to be posted on the day it was taken out November 2nd so my credit score can go back up 82 points and them to refund me the 30.00 late fee they charged.

I have had issue after issue after issue with my payments and the card. I pay over the phone and a week later I call, suddenly 10 day holds exist (it has never happened before).
Not to mention the app is garbage you can get absolutely nothing done with it it takes minimum a week up update and reflect your current account not to mention there is a section to pay through the app but if you type one wrong number in it gets rid of it and you can't use the payment portal through it for 3 MONTHS! and they just tell you to go through your bank or pay a $10 fee over the phone to pay it.
My bank sends paper checks so I would try to pay at the end of the month and I'm screwed unless I wanna pay a fee. I absolutely hate them and I wish I did more research before I got my first credit card, I would get rid of it but can't since it's my longest standing line of credit.

I pay and don't enter balance
Bk13 discharged credit card
I have a discharged Bankruptcy when I got this card they told me how to give him a $100 they'd give me a $100 credit. I talked to my attorney and he said no don't do this one so I called them up before I even activated it and she told me that they.
Were gonna deduct. 25? Dollars. And it.
Would take 3 months? For me to get my $75 back? Isn't that something and I got a credit card from another company? On the same day for
1thousand dollars I think progressive aggressive this progress credit card was a scam because they took advantage of people trying to get their new credit.
I didn't even activate the card and they charge me $25 the audacity of them telling me I have to wait 3 months to.
Get $75 back I told my bankruptcy attorney. He was not happy so hes doing his own investigation but he told me don't open it so that's how I feel about them.
