The card has not plan to refund your security depost after 1 year

They do not increase credit limits or offer to refund the security depost after a year. You are trapped. They also do not offer electronic payments from their website hoping you will fail to pay ontime by mail.

Let the company propose a solution

Name of site

They are terrible and rip people off by charging an annual fee I havent used this card so it had a zero balance they hit me with an annual fee and a ton of late fees with no corresponding email stating my yearly fee was due.

I have not received my card

I have not received my card because you guys are asking for a picture ID and bank statement after I was told my card would come in the mail and after I paid them 419.00 of my hard earned money just for them to jerk me around still have not received my card

I was charged late fee

I spoke with a manager I was told the late fee will be waived the payment was processed on June 4 take 48 hours to posted. So my balance will be $8.31 that was payed by phone . My card is lock I cant use my card .

i was charged for late payment even though i was unable to connect bill pay and when i tried to dispute two fraudlent transactions i was hung up on

My payment is showing late but I've never used this card

This company is the absolute worst Ive never used this card and its on my credit report as a late payment, pissed is an understatement.

Took my money

Took my payment from my bank, got confirmation number from my bank and first progress ,, first progress is saying they never received payment... giving me the run around, the supervisor hung up on me an refused to give me the corporate number... I hate u this credit card

Want to contact customer service

First of all I could never get a hold of them I wanted to close the account I tried I tried I could not get in touch finally they must have added a lie I got in touch with them I close the account I called them back asked where the check was I was speaking to a foreigner with a heavy x I asked the person to slow down so I could understand them all in a very friendly voice this must have upset the person on the other end she hung up on me I have not been able to get in touch with anyone since it's been 8 weeks I have no check and they've taken more money twice out of my account
