I cancel my car 2 to 3 days after I reserved it. I cut it up and threw it in the trash. I gave you $29 out of it for a yearly see I only had it for 3 days I want my $29 back pal

First Progress is that on my credit report. I owe them $29 for the first month of usage I only had the car for about two to three days before I change my mind and cut it up and called them and told them to cancel my account. They need to do the right thing and take that $29 off of my credit report saying that I haven't used the card at all

Bad customer service

Bad customer service gave my personal information multiple times theyre still requesting it makes no sense some type of scam not comfortable faxing information theyre on a platform from like the 90s with a fax only they dont believe in emailing stay away

Could not pay my bill!!!!

Iv tried every store over and over that I have paid my bill at many times then all of a sudden no one could put the payment on the card then my card ended up canceled due to non payment when all I was trying to do was pay it! I always went to Walmart or dollar general because I dont know how to do bill pay from my account even I tried to set it up trying to pay it so I didnt lose my account and screw my credit again! But nope no one could pay it then all of a sudden my account is closed Iv even tried to call them telling them I couldnt pay it and they told me to take it somewhere (I had) or do online so marking payments is a nightmare!

First progress is trash

Cant get a hold of customer service cant pay my Bill first progress is useless! They dont even have a online app ! I would of never opened an account if I knew it was going to be this way. Theres no way to call and talk to anyone. Ridiculous!

Increase credit limit

After reading the card holder agreement. It says that they are able to raise the credit limit, if you are seen to be honoring the card with out a deposit. I've had the card over a year and have honored it. So how can I increase my limit?

Can't setup account

Cant set up an account under your damn website. your agent straight up said they wont assist. This credo care is a joke.

Help with account

LikeI don't ever use this card but I forgot about the $49 annual fee. I called in just to verify that no one else was using the card without my authorization.

I applied for a secured card with them about a week ago and hadn't heard anything, and when I called I was very displeased the first person completely disregarded my questions and hung up when I asked to speak to her supervisor, and the second person when I called back said that it takes 10 or more days to hear anything, complete *** will immediately be closing my account once approved.

Terrible service.

Borderline impossible to pay online. So many crazy things expensive fees. Deposit is worthless. Still have to pay the bill not using deposit. Worst customer service ever

First Progress - Payment history and credit reporting
Company continues to report negative report on my credit card a year later after I paid the account. First agent refused to hear it and the second agent hang up on me then called a third time now this guy telling me I need to mail them a letter that process should take 45 days. I ask to give them the confirmation number but refuse to take the information. I asked for a fax number was told they dont accept fax

Getting to fix my credit with this credit card company but just ruined it more. Customer service representative was able to resolve my issue but it can never change my creditAngry

Credit points dropped because of representative

I called last year to close my account I paid what I was told to close it. I verified With the representative, he confirmed it will be closed. Then a year later I get 60 point removed from my credit score because the want to charge me two late fees and don't want to send A letter to the credit Bureaus Stating it was their mistake!

User's recommendation: Make sure if you get a credit card with this company and you want to pay off for them to confirm and get a letter stating it was paying for.
