Called was told had wrong address on file which have proof i put right address said 10 days for new card called again vause no card again wrong address on file i asked to cancel account due to it being a scam and was told not returning money to bank account t i have to wait 10 weeks for check in the mail which i feel will never come

Been waiting on my card did 300 deposit and the 19.95 expedite service on my credit says have account on your view status page says first bill due feb 1st but haven't received card did i get ripped off .

Unauthorized payment

On 01/13/2023 your customer service agent initiated a payment without my permission! I told him not to do it because of the $10 phone charge when I can just do it myself for free and he still went ahead and did it!

What if I didnt have the money for the $96 payment? What if I got an overdraft fee? Then what?

You can check the recording I clearly said NO, I do not want to make the payment and he still did it without my consent. I have worked in the financial services industry for over 7 years and I can tell you, you need vocal or written authorization to submit a payment and the customer service agent did so without my consent

The first credit card I ordered was lost in the mail I believe and the second credit card I ordered I think my brother threw it away by accident and I'm waiting on the third one now should be in the mail any day now.

I was asked to mail in more identification. I did this. When I called First Progress to verify they received what I sent they had closed my account. 10 weeks waiting for a refund means that they are making interest on my money. The website said my account was open. This is a poor performance. I would not have opened an account if I knew that they were a rip-off.

I applied for this secured credit card on December 6. I also gave a $300 deposit which was taken out of my checking account on December 16 and it says progressive credit I dont understand why you guys have not sent me a card and while youre still sending me emails as to the options to me depositing money onto my card please get back to me.

Poor customer service

I applied for this last Friday here it is Thursday. I still havent heard anything. They all they tell me is when you call to check the website even one time I called I got hung up with when I asked to speak to somebody who in processing could better explain the process. All I got was right back with the website said I even faxed a letter stating that I would like to cancel my application and receive my money back, and all I get is a runaround, dont ever *** do this one.
