Your customer service sucks and yall need to get it together before people stop your your services. Thank you

User's recommendation: Look around before you go get this card they take forever to come and you still have to pay your bill but still haven’t gotten the card.

Unable to log in to make a payment unable to even get thru to customer phone

Im frustrated Ive be unable to get thru to make payment, unable to get in contact by phone . Its as if they want you to fail at getting my payment in on time . I never received my paper monthly statement!!!! They had no problem when it came time to get the initial $200 to open my account , so why now ?

User's recommendation: Turn around , walk away . These guys are shady.

You waited until Sunday to make your payment? You know your due date, statement or not.

Don't wait til the last minute.

And if you hadn't F ed up your credit you'd have a REAL card. Blame yourself.

Pissed!

I received a Pn # with no card. I payed my annual fee. I would like to have that back.I was trying to establish credit, so please tell me, did I get scammed?

I was on the phone trying to make a payment and was hung up on by your representative and I do not appreciate this whatsoever and would like something done about this or youre going to loose a loyal and valuable customer!!

Deposit

Deposit was taken from my account, now I cant contact anyone pertaining the delivery of my card. Verification of deposit should immediately be sent.I havent gotten an email or anything but my money is gone from my bank account
