Billing

Can't pay bill through app and they charge a 10$ fee to pay the card on the phone AND has a 10 day hold. Worst card just go with another card if you're getting a personal credit card

Bad service

Yall dont give us the right tools to pay for your bill, and on top of that yall dont have an app... Ill never will try yall again and customer service suck as well

Late fees

I was informed that my payments were late BECAUSE it takes 7 to 10 days for payment to process (which I was not aware of) I assumed my payments were "automatic" yet First Progress did not EVER tell me that and so they would charge me a $40 late fee. I was under the impression my payments were on time. So I asked for a refund of late fees they refused. So I made another payment for 6/23/21 for full balance and then I will wait their "7 to 10 days" for it to process then I am going to cancell card. But now he says my FULL REFUND WILL TAKE 10 WEEKS. THATS CRAZY AND NEVER AGAI. WILL I USE THIS COMPANY

Trying to pay Bill

First rep could t find the account with social found it with name explained the $49,00 dollar charge told her I want to pay it and transferred me to a person who asked for my account number and hung up in my face!! Called back the man hung up customer service sucks *** here ..

User's recommendation: Find a place who actually taking time to train the CSR.

I paid a deposit in the amount of 200.00 on June 4th 2021 and haven't received my card yet I need to cancel it all I haven't even received letter saying I'm approved

Balance mistake

First Progress made a mistake with my account and they have not fixed it which unfortunately affected my credit report.

I was on Credit karma back in January and I saw First Progress had some good reviews and I saw some bad ones where people waited a long time to receive cards and had trouble making payments because they werent going through due to their process of how they take...

I am trying to see when my card was mailed to me. My account was created On the 7th of June, and trying to make sure that I get card in time to be able to pay first pay on time.

No % to get through to pay my bill

Got customer service not on card to pay bill called n nothing happened says I have laten payment charge of 40- for what Im paying today if you answer my call

Pay my damn bill

First progress charged me even when I didn’t use the card.

There were times when I didnt even use the credit card and was still charged for it. I was always getting charged with a $40 late fee when making a payment. I feel robbed honestly, but you live and you learn.
