The worst help you can't ask for. READ before getting it

I know it sounds useless to write a review regarding First Progress, i'm locked down now. The website will not allow you to pay directly, you must link your bank account and do externally through bank. if your bank offers bill payment. Doesn't sound bad right? YOU BETTER PLAN CORRECTLY, 14 days before your payment HITS First Progress, and even then it doesn't reflect it on First Progress website. you will constantly show available credit is much less than actually has been received. I've literally been arguing with reps on this for last 2 months. Bad thing, is if your improving credit, plan way ahead, and then plan even more. My bank needs a min of 3 days to send money, First progress takes 1-2 business days to receive the payment, then another 10 days to post. do the math, and you make a payment 15 days in advance before the end of month, or in their case reports to credit bureaus on the 20th of each month. they did finally get a chat link on their site finally, but plan on speaking to someone in pauses of 2-5 mins before answering a question and ready to leave the conversation before complete. To cancel, your looking at letter in 2 weeks, then up to 10 weeks before refunded. then your credit takes another hit for closing the account on file. welcome to ***

Wheres my money!

They sent me an e-mail saying my $200 deposit has been credited back to my debit card. Not one dime has been put back on my card. This is a scam run by a *** thieves

I contacted the bank and they would not help me nor direct me in the right area just saying they can't do this and can't do that it's a bunch of BS

Haven't received my card

I’ve tried contacting. They just tell me my card has been mailed. I’ve been waiting a month. I spent 200$ for the deposit and just want my money back at this point.

They told me what I needed to know. One card per account. Therefore I couldn't add another card. Issue resolved.
