Liars liars liars

I applied for a secured card on 2/14/18, as soon as I hit the send button my money was taken out of my account to fund my card. Today is 3/19/18 and I don't have a card yet. I keep calling and they all LIE and say it was shipped on the 2/28/18. There is no place in the US that takes so long to get mail.. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGONY, HEADACHES AND BS the reps tell you, and find another company. I feel sorry for their employees. Very dishonest company.

I have not received my card. I paid in full and got the rushed delivery and still have received anything. The website said I would have the card in 3 to 5 business days

NO STATEMENT RECEIVED

Spoke with a "customer Service" member, told them I had yet to get invoice that the 18th was coming soon. I sent my payment in the first week of the month to ensure I would not get stuck with a late fee. Just called to see if they got payment, yet now want another in 2 day's, not applying payment sent in early!!!!!!! Was told if payment is a day late, they chg a late fee of 39.00! I am penalized for mailing in a payment, early and never receiving invoice! Better not happen. Sent them 1,000 of which no int. is gained. Have been on hold now 15 minutes. Hoping to get a agent who will not give me standard script reply or I will call BBB

I applied for this card. After 3 weeks they wanted to verify my identity. I never sent the documents and therefore I was emailed that I would get a refund. My account was never refunded. I want my refund and need to be contacted by the company.

Charged late fee when I paid on time

Thy charged me a late fee several times even tho I paid on time. Their excuse was that it takes them 48 hours to process my payment. How is this my fault? Laura in dispute department is flat out rude!

I had a problem with the funding amount for my card and after 5 email replies to their emails and trying to call their customer service line many times and never talking to a human being I’m done with this card. DON’T APLY FOR THIS CARD!!!

Need them to call me concerning proof of residence and ID what you already have that need proof of residence I live in a hotel the only proof I have is my mailing address I don't pay electricity rent is only thing I pay here you can contact them at 478-98 7 **** room 148 still need that in reference to my name to verify proof of residence you already have proof of my ID send me my card please it's already been paid for.
