Account info update

I was dealing with an error in starting my online account. I called in, like i had to the month prior , to fix my log in issue since I had to pay an extra fee the month before just to pay my bill . He was so awesome and had to go through multiple options before being able to solve the case . But did so kindly, calmly, and very professional. I'm totally impressed and say he gets a raise!

Checking why my payment isn't

Sent payment on 1st and they claim they have not received it, yet it was sent to same address all past payments were without issue. It is now 5 days past the last expected date of arrival but they have no information on where my check is and claim there is no billing department for me to talk to. I am very angry with the level of service from First Progress. They also hung up on me 3 times causing me to have to call back attempting to resolve. Sounds like you mailed your payment .. They don't run the post office.

YOU are responsible for making sure your payment is delivered on time. Stop paying?

Trying to pay 1st bill

Overall the interaction was good, they answered in a timely manner. The CS REP was patient and assisted me with knowledgeable information. She helped me find a solution to my problem.

Security deposit double charged

When I submitted my application I was double charged for my deposit. The lady I spoke to stated that she doesnt see another charge and of it was, it will fall off in 3-5 days. I rather not wait that long to see if something happens and wouldve preferred that she look into it instead of telling me to wait a few days. Is there anyone that could be more assisting for this situation?

Fraud account

Never received card in mail

I contacted your company filled out an application for one of your secured credit cards I paid my $200 secured deposit I was approved card was issued I never received it in the mail and I received a first month's bill.

I want my $200 deposit back. You took it 2 weeks ago and denied me. Give me my money back, now!! Thanks for making my credit worse and being no help to my future.

Horrible company, refusal to refund

Canceled my card because I never got approved. They told me when I canceled I was approved that day and would take 2-4 months for me to get my refund. Never go through them for a card of any sorts.

Bc I paid for a secured card about a month ago, also paid the extra 20 bucks to get it earlier...still have yet to recieve it!! Slow and stupid, they sent it to my Mothers address which I haven't USED

The slowness of my card tge fact they sent it to a different address that's not related to my bank info or the address I put in...

I looping for my credit card

Hello good afternoon, I asked for a card and they asked me for documentation, as well as 19.95, to carry out the process immediately, that was 2 months ago, and they sent me a letter asking for some documents that I sent and now they tell me that they returned the money to my account and my money is not 200.00 or 19.95 in the account, I think it is a very irresponsible bank.

I was on vacation and left my wallet at the pool in the resort I was staying in and only found my Identification card.

I have not received my card. And they're holding my 408.95 deposit.
