First Progress - Pissed Off

I hit the wrong pin number and it put a hold on my acct. I tried to change my pin bc I couldn't reach any human! The live customer service was worthless after an hour waiting. Mabelyn said send in social security card, bill and license!??? For what??? Horrible! Service! The Supervisor Sara was no help either! They are located out of Tennessee! Worst service and card!!!

First Progress - Not satisfied, application filled out with deposit made.

Applied with $200 deposit for card, also a fee to have card rushed if approved. But this was all done 3 days ago , and no notice of approval or not.
