I applied for and received the card. I sent in 90.00 by checks and the remaining 110.00 I paid by debit card.

My account has not been activated and I cannot get any customer service. I have sent written notice of having them issue me a full refund. Nothing but silence. I cannot sign on to the website as it says the account number and my social security number do not match their records.

I have contacted the BBB in Columbus, GA and also the bank that issued the card. I am extremely pissed off that they take your money and do not provide the service they advertise. I continue to get emails from them saying I need to add more money to activate the account. I have paid the 200.00 I set as my security deposit.

Why would I give them more money?

I want my complete refund. I have the records showing all the payments have cleard.

I must wholeheartedly agree with this truly....

I found this organization to be extremely sketchy myself, and I too was unable to find a reasonable means to contact them for any support. They seem to be running some kind of scam that fleeces people of their money, and gives them almost NOTHING in return.

It is a crying shame that groups like this are allowed to operate, and take advantage of people who are struggling financially!!
