I applied for and received the card. I sent in 90.00 by checks and the remaining 110.00 I paid by debit card.
My account has not been activated and I cannot get any customer service. I have sent written notice of having them issue me a full refund. Nothing but silence. I cannot sign on to the website as it says the account number and my social security number do not match their records.
I have contacted the BBB in Columbus, GA and also the bank that issued the card. I am extremely pissed off that they take your money and do not provide the service they advertise. I continue to get emails from them saying I need to add more money to activate the account. I have paid the 200.00 I set as my security deposit.
Why would I give them more money?
I want my complete refund. I have the records showing all the payments have cleard.
