First Progress - I thought this was a quick process.. im Not willing to wait that long. Please return my money

New ReviewerFirst Progress told me I was approved when I had applied online.. totally approved and all I needed to do is send the deposit to fund my secured credit..
after I sent in the deposit then they sent another text saying they can send the card 7 days faster for an additional $29.00.. now after I sent them all the money, I had expected to receive the card in 7 to 10 days.. even less with the expedited service which cost me $29.00.. But now First Progress is asking me to send a copy of my driver's license and something else..
I was under the impression that I was already approved and that the card was supposed to be sent immediately after they received the deposit and my expedited fee.. they lied.. now I must wait longer than I anticipated.. I never would have sent my last dime to them for this delay..
I expected my money back as promised within 7 to 10 days. I'm highly upset about this.. I don't have envelopes and stamps.. or a copier..
why didn't they address this in the beginning? Before I sent the deposit?? They frauded me..
I'm seeking a full refund or lawsuit for fraud.. I needed that card as they said : 7 to 10 days..
User's recommendation: Do not believe their texts.. does not mean what they advertise.. you might need wait months before your card arrives..
