Fax Number.

What is your fax number so I can send this complaint letter? It is either that or BBB, this company makes it extra hard to make payments especially on time.

I do not understand why they even closed my account, I am the one that put the money on there so why do you feel it is owed.

I know sounds like a dumb question but I am serious. Fax Number please anyone

Call there customer service line 866-706-****

by #1970677

No I do not want their number believe me we all have it, but where is the fax number??? I tried discussing my situation and they were very difficult to talk to and messed up one account because too lazy to put effort into looking up a name. This card company would probably be great if they asking with some other get with the program and accept debit card payments for quicker payment services. However, want to do it the difficult way and see more time consuming. Plus do not feel used covet help right.

They won’t give you any access to the dispute center. This is a HIGHLY unethical company and I want to file a class action lawsuit. Everyone should write to the attorney general about them

Question:

Where’s my security deposit of $500 that I gave your company.

I opened a secure credit card with your company a while back I used it and had such a hard time paying my monthly balance because your company informed me that you could not pay over a phone when I had tried several times. And you do not have a app where you can sign in and just pay your credit card bill either.

Why is it so hard to pay a bill? And I closed my account months ago have not received any thing back yet I was told it should take up to 10 weeks i waited that and then some. I then called your company to ask about my deposit and spoke with a gentleman who informed me that coincidentally the same day I decided randomly to call was in deed the day the check for my $500 was supposed to be there. And told me to wait a few more days so I did so.

Now it’s 10 day later and I called and was told the check was sent on 12/23/30 it’s now 1/30/21 have not received my money. Where is it??

Letterhead Letter.

I was told by customer service reps that they do not do letterhead letters requesting for an updated payment/statement? Is this true or are they just too sorry to email one out.

I’ve asked numerous of times to speak to the manager. I’m always placed on hold for a long period of time, and I end up hanging up. They would always say that I would have to wait till my statement is posted online or to receive the current statement in mail. The business that I’m trying to take take care of, can’t wait till their slow system posts my current statement.

A lot of secured card businesses have letterhead letters, so I’m just trying to figure out why this company doesn’t. It’s frustrating and highly upsetting that this company is a complete joke.
