I applied on April 14, 2020 and as of today May 8, 2020 my application is still in review status. I also paid my $200 deposit the same day. I don't understand why this process is being prolonged. Either I'm approved or not. Send me my card or refund me my deposit....

You can call them just as I did just 5 minutes ago and I spoke to areal person, about the issue with my card and it was fixed, my card is on its way, call them

Trying to make a payment

I can never get a hold of a live person. I've been trying to make a payment over the phone, but that's never happened. Now I'm a day late, and it's going to need up my credit. I'm really upset about this.

These people are awful

Applied for a card then they asked for for a 500 deposit and never received it. These people suck and would never do this again.

Good morning my name is Krystal and I applied for a card that was approved on 6-16-2021 . I have not yet received my card in the mail and I havent received email stating the reason why . Is there a way someone can contact me about Thai information. And I also paid the deposit as well .

They suck ***

I never received my $350 deposit back and it's been at least 12 weeks when they told me it would be 6-7 weeks to receive a check by mail.

User's recommendation: Do not use/ sign up with First Progress prepaid credit card.

Inquiring as to where my card is?

If I gave you my deposit $200.00 then why is it taking so long to approve my card? You havent even given me a account number to long into your web-site. I even called to find out the status about my card. Be of your employees name Lucy, said call this Friday. ***

Still haven’t received my card and I paid the $19.95 extra to get it. After I funded it

I still havent received my card its going on 3 weeks. I funded it, they took my money they took my $19.95 for expediting it And I still havent got it

FacepalmWtfWtfI deposited 200.00 dollars in an account online ..and its still saying the application is still being processed.I also keep getting e-mail saying the application is not complete and if application is not complete within 30 days ,the application will expire..

Customer service

I have been calling to have derogatory marks reported by this company removed from my credit score since the account has been paid and closed for sometimes now. Everytime I call I get told something different but the customer service staff. The last time i called i was told to fax my email to first progress so they could email me back and help. It is very difficult to get responsive support and even more so for someone like myself experiencing cognitive barriers from COVID.

User's recommendation: This was supposed to help my credit yet im not longer a customer and they are still reporting derogatory trades to the credit bureaus. What a scam.
