I applied on April 14, 2020 and as of today May 8, 2020 my application is still in review status. I also paid my $200 deposit the same day. I don't understand why this process is being prolonged. Either I'm approved or not. Send me my card or refund me my deposit....

You can call them just as I did just 5 minutes ago and I spoke to areal person, about the issue with my card and it was fixed, my card is on its way, call them

I need a late payments removed.

My name is Donovan Gallow and I currently have late payments under this account. For the past six months, I have been working on my credit, so I can get improved for a VA Loan to purchase my first home. These late payments occurred when I was in between Jobs during the pandemic. I was hoping that these late payments can be removed from the credit Bureaus (TransUnion, Experian, Equifax) as soon as possible, so I could have a better chance of getting approved. Thanks in advance.

Refusal to do a letter of inquiry

I have asked multiple times for a letter of inquiry and have been told to download the balance letter from their website. I have explained multiple times that I need to have my name on the letter and keep getting denied.

Server kept failing Leo I finally decided to make the phone call to get it resolved and they were so nice and amazing definitely recommend

Pay balance

Your website and customer service numbers doesn't work how do you expect people to pay their accounts . Your messed up website or should I say lack of messed with my credit after working to build it up you guys such I will never encourage others to do so aswell

Lost my card and the piece of mail stating what my account number was. I called the customer service phone number listed for you all the lady stated that I did not have an account with you all.

Payment

Difficulty paying my payments due to the issue with the connection to bank. I have call multiple times regarding this issue. I have tried to make payments over the phone but the company charges $10.00 to make a payment. I dont believe this is giving the customer good customer service.

Bad company to deal with

Never gave my deposit back $200 Said it can take 10 weeks and no way to contact them to get it unless u fax which doesnt work

Billing questions

Payment is difficult to make, the system is very unhelpful and contacting customer service is near impossible. I just want to pay my bill and they make it so hard.

I signed up for cards card they took my money never sent me a card First Progess master card 9 int

Call me either send me the card or refund my 200.00 they took this is the most dumbest thing a company has made me to in order to get the service I was told I would they lied in fact just give me back my money and forget the credit card
