Cancel your whole account because they do not like to take accountability and will try to give you the runaround instead of getting your issue resolved.

They do not like taking accountability and my issue is still not resolved and in a few days makes it a month! This is ridiculous and I have never experienced this with First Progress and Ive been with them 4 or more years so Im highly disappointed.

No one has yet been able to resolve my issue and info@***.com still hasnt responded to my issue! They lost my payment and do not want to admit it!

Everything is their fault and Im tired of talking to people who act like they cant comprehend and that do not know what they are doing! I AM GOING TO CONTINUE TO FIGHT THIS ISSUE BECAUSE IT IS BOGUS AND I DO NOT DESERVE WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH WITH THEM!

I ah e an expired (1/2024) prepaid ($200.00) card from First Progress. I have not used the card since 2023.

The last payment made on this account was 03/24 which brought the account to a $0.00 balance. This expired card has been charged an annual fee for 2024 and now 2025. I was never notified to renew this account. CS said the account was automatically renewed without my authority.

This card and account are expired.

The Balance due should be erased and removed from my credit report ASAP. If it is not, I will procure a lawyer.

I deposited $500 in my new card and was waiting to receive it by mail. It never arrived, and First Progress has not given me any assistance with this situation.

They answer via email and replay to call 866-706-**** and the phone is disconnected. I would like a refund or a response to fix this and receive my card.

Its been a year later and I have still not received my check. Company told me I didnt show having an account even though I was able to give them my account number and log into their website.

Then they tell me, oh it was just mailed out. Wait another 10 weeks. Another 10 weeks went by called back. Said they dont know but Ill have to write a letter to their check department and I cannot talk to them.

Wrote a letter sent it with tracking. They received my letter. Have still not heard anything. This company is a joke!

I repeat DO NOT USE FIRST PROGRESS. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK

I made a payment of 124, half of what I owed, and they closed my account. I paid my balance for this month, and I hope they shut down completely because I was having money problems.

I don't recommend this company to anyone, and I have been with them for over 5 years. So, you have forever lost a customer.

I hope you are happy with yourself. Good riddance.

Stuck on side of road emergency

I explained that I needed her assistance that I was stuck on the side of the road that I had a dead battery to my phone that I was in dire need of making a payment that could she may be transfer me or in someway help me no she couldnt even give me the phone number that I needed to call in an emergency now meanwhile to get me to the proper department because she couldnt help me Ive been with this credit card company for 10 years and I mean absolutely so disappointed. Yeah, my kid is stuck also upstate.

Her car broke down. Im trying to get to her so trying to rent a car and I had just moved so I had forgotten to make a payment on my credit card because I didnt get the bill because I moved so Im $70.

I need to make a payment on my credit card in order to run a vehicle But Miss Chloe there couldnt help me and couldnt transfer me. Couldnt give me the number did absolutely nothing for me from First Progress credit card dont she just bite the big one so stay away from First Progress cause they do absolutely nothing you make the payment they charge you for a late fee every month the credit card company really sucks

Keep getting transferred to a person who hangs up on me after waiting for 45 minutes on hold. This happened like three times. Don't bother with this card.

Horrible Customer Service

My online account has not been functioning for days! I called customer service on 9/14 and was told it would take 24 hours to be back up and running.

It is now 9/18 and I still can't log in to my account. The customer service representative told me I just have to wait. She had no explanation, no one she could escalate the call to.

Nothing. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Late charges that I should not have

Not a great way to build credit, I tried multiple times to get a hold of someone when having difficulty paying online and setting up autopay, just to be redirected over and over again to another recording. This caused the account to be closed and 4 fees of $41 which is the balance that is on my account and they keep reporting me to the credit bureaus.

When I disputed it, they sent me a letter with my charges.

I am a single mom to a young child with Down syndrome. I am trying to improve my credit after a bad divorce and instead of helping me, they just keep hurting me further.
