I got it paid it just cost you $10 to pay it which is *** you wouldn't expect to pay that so it's I don't know where the $10 went or why but the bill got paid I just don't understand this outfit that this pissed customer do I don't know what a clue how much they're taking and not a clue

Card was stolen

My house was burglarized and my wallet was among the things taken.i just reported it stolen and a replacement is on the way.

Refund

About my refund that they claim have mailed to me in May 2021. They said I would have to send a letter stating that I didnt receive the check in which I have faxed to them 3 times already only for the to say they didnt receive it. Im getting a lawyer because I feel they trying to take my money.

My payments

I am having trouble of getting credits of all my payments. I only have got a $200 credit line and I payed them more than $200 now I am have problems of getting all of my credits of payments that I have made.

My account is not up to date

First Progress have slicked in their up to date on my account. They take my payments on my bill but wait for close to two weeks to credit my account of my payments. My account has been very bad on crediting my payments to my account that I have with them. So if I owe like $100 I pay them on the 4th of the month they receive the payment then however it is close to two weeks for that payment to be credited to my account. In between that time, First Progress make a statement that I need to make another payment. This has been going on a lot. Now I have done payed them more than what I really owe.

User's recommendation: Find another credit company or keep a personal record of your payments and don't believe the statement that is on your account it takes them close to two weeks for your statement becomes right.

Problems with my account

I have not been credited for all of my payments yet. I pay my payments and my payments are not posted when the payment are took out of my account. As I read what I owe after the payment are took from my bank account, it gives an a false statement at the real time. It has caused me to believe that I owe more at the time then I really did owe.

Missing card

I had put a down payment for a credit card and I never got my card in the mail they told me it would be here with in 7to 10 days and it's been more thin 10 days I would like to know what is going to happen once will happen or when I will receive my card or would like a we fun as soon as possible

Disappointed you all are fraud

I applied in June waited and never received my card. I called and was told its coming 3 weeks later. Nothing! Called again months later you claim to have sent it out again but nothing ! You all told me your keeping my money and its nothing I can do about it . Fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud. Im taking legal action!

Not happy after they took deposit twice

I applied for First Progressive a month ago. I keep getting emails to confirm ID which I did. Then I keep getting emails of cancellations. My accounthas been charged twice the $29.95 requirement on October 22,2021 and October 27. 2021 both charges clearer my account with the same game to follow. Verification and deposit

Identify

I dont understand how you can take my money when supposedly theres a problem with the identity on my application. I put the application in my self. And gave you money. Now Im not sure if I have the documents to identify myself. I have no bills. Everything I do pay is online. Now I have to go find a fax machine to send my identity in. Whats the point of security questions? And all the other nonsense I put in the application. And when I call theres someone on the phone with me that I have to really try hard to understand.
